I'm going to start this message board off by introducing myself. I am Jim O'Connor, also known as the Fitness Promoter. My passion is promoting health, fitness and bodybuilding worldwide especially using the internet. I live in Los Angeles, California, and have had a successful fitness consulting business in Beverly Hills for well over a decade. Along with consulting and coaching, I am the author of numerous articles, and ebooks, as well as creator and host of numerous fitness related websites. My biggest ongoing project is my multimedia health, fitness, and bodybuilding newsletter, Wellness Word, which has thousands of subscribers throughout the world. I have trained for many years along side many famous bodybuilders at Gold's Gym in Venice, California.

I hope to get to know many of the bodybuilders on this forum! Don't be shy, we want to know about you also...

oh ya.. I also was runner up in teenage Mr. Wisconsin, and competed in Mr. California as a natural athlete.

Hi Jim,

My name is Pete. I used to do a lot of bodybuilding back in the days. Now I am getting old, but am still trying to get my body back in shape. I hope to meet some nice people here and discuss bodybuilding.

Where did you live in Wisconsin? That's where I'm from, but I lived in San Diego for a little bit. LA is too busy for me Shocked
