John Quinlan tells you how to get ripped to shreds:
30-45 minutes of cardio 1st thing in the AM on an empty stomach
Each exercise do 20-25 reps with moderate weight
Eat your biggest carb meal immediately after your morning workout
Drink nothing but water.....nothing.......and plenty of it!
Keep your protein intake adequate, 1.5 grams per lb. body weight
6-7 small meals daily....taper down on the carbs as the day goes on |
