The 3 key benefits of weight lifting

Are you ready to gain weight and muscle mass? Do you want to know the secrets behind world class body builders and their workout strategies? What are the 3 key benefits of weight lifting?

When these tears heal we become stronger and over time it is possible to really build up some incredible muscle mass with weight lifting.

The second benefit is the energy weight lifting provides us. Yes, you read that correctly, weight lifting provides you with energy. When you lift weights you increase your heart rate and the blood starts to flow in your body. This creates energy that can boost your metabolism and can actually do more for you in the morning than a cup of coffee.

The third benefit of weight lifting is that you can gain strength through weight lifting. This one is kind of obvious too, but if you dont lift the right way you will only gain bulk and not strength. You have to do higher reps and lower weight to build strength in your muscles.

Most body builders will do 5 weeks of bulk work followed by 1-2 weeks of strength training. This keeps them nice and defined. When they get close to a competition they will do more strength training in order to increase muscle definition for the competition.
